Lovingly grown under the shading canopy of native tropical trees, these organic shade coffee beans come to the roaster directly from the Hacienda Ana Luisa coffee plantation in the mountains of West-central Puerto Rico. Hand-harvesting with careful attention to choosing only the ripest berries make this coffee one of the best coffees you will ever drink! The medium level of roasting maximizes flavor and aroma, resulting in low acidity and a smooth aftertaste with a hint of chocolate flavor.
Every bag of My Perfect Coffee has a "Roasting Date" where our roaster certifies when your coffee was actually roasted and bagged. For best results, we recommend that you use the coffee within 6 months of the roasting date and within 30 days after opening.
When ordering, please specify your desired level of roasting (light, medium, or dark) and your desired grind (whole beans, course grind, medium grind, or fine grind). All coffee comes in traditional foil bags, so be sure to specify if you want us to use compostable bags.
