Diaz over 100 years ago. Mesa de Los Santos, a private estate, pays wages 65% above the Colombian minimum salary to the 310 workers producing this coffee. This estate uses sustainable farming practices and has received national recognition for its environmentally-friendly practices. The multi-layered shade of the farm is an absolute haven for resident and migratory birds. The resulting coffee is rich in flavor, heavy bodied, has a bright acidity, and is intensely aromatic.
